Welcome
to our secure upload page.
First,
to send us a file:
Below,
you'll click on a secure upload link. You'll be taken
to a screen where you'll enter your email address and password.
You'll
then be taken to the upload page. Click Upload Files
on the left, enter my email address, select specific user
then click Next.
You'll
be taken to a page where you'll be able to browse to the file(s)
you want to upload. All you'll need is to know name
and location on your computer for the file you wish to send
to us.
Once
the file has been uploaded, I'll receive an email letting
me know that it's there.
For
QuickBooks you can determine the name and location by clicking
on file and open previous company - the file name and path
should be there.
For
Quicken you can find the files you need by clicking file and
open. There you'll see a drop down box that will show
you the path and file name if you click the down arrow.
Special
note for quicken uploads - when you browse to the file for
Quicken you'll see a number of files having the same file
name. You'll also see that they have different letters after
the dot (different extension).
Please
upload each of these files because without all of them I'll
not be able to work with the data.
This
upload is not guaranteed to be free from hackers. It
seems that no one can offer such a promise in today's world.
It
is, however, 128 bit encrypted at both ends (upload and down
load) which is currently the best security available.
That means that this upload process is more secure than sending
attachments via email.

To
receive a file from us:
You'll
receive an email telling you that your files have been uploaded
and are now ready to access. Within the email is a link
for you to click on to be taken to the file(s). If one
file, you'll be taken to the familiar open or save dialog
box and from there you can save the file. If more than
one file you'll receive multiple emails - one for each file
uploaded to you.
We've
established this system to be convenient and easy to use.
