What is a Micro Consultation?

It's a consultation about any business or personal financial topic you'd like help with.

It's typically short in duration and is designed to address a specific topic or answer a specific question.

Such As:

  • Review/edit/develop a marketing piece – direct mail, brochure, flyer etc.
  • Plan for price increases.
  • Figure out a QuickBooks problem.
  • Help with budgets, cash flows and projections.
  • Discuss progress on a business plan.
  • Work on team development.
  • Figure out exactly what your financial statements are telling you.

How is a Micro Consultation Delivered?

It's Simple!

We can discuss an issue or work on an actual document you're developing.

•  By fax

•  By email

•  By Web conference

•  We can, if you wish, meet.

What Benefits have others received from Micro Consultations?

  • Help getting started with some project.  Sometimes all the issues needing attention seem overwhelming.   Working with someone to lay it all out can make the difference between never getting started and being able to plunge right in.
  • A reality check – are you heading in the right direction?
  • Some refinement at the end of your development process to help ensure success.

How are your fees calculated?

Fees are based on the time that we work together.   Our billing rate is $125 per hour and we'll agree on the time to be spent up front so you know what the charge will be.

It's not uncommon for us to spend a few extra minutes (of course at no extra charge) beyond the original time so we can wrap up a project in a way that allows you to move forward

What if you can't answer my question or don't add anything to what I already know?

In this unlikely case, the consultation is if you wish FREE.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you're not pleased then pay what you wish - all the way down to zero.

How are your fees paid?

Fees are billed to your credit card at the conclusion of a consultation.
